A BRILLIANT FINISH
WAS JUST THE BEGINNING
When clarity becomes momentum

FEATURED WORK
What truly drives performance is how a brand communicates in the real world. When that marketing engine becomes coherent, everything changes: messaging sharpens, leadership aligns, people engage, and strategy finally makes sense.
That engine was put to the test at Polaris.
In 2015, the Board had one audacious goal: double the company size by 2020. I helped them gain traction by reshaping their innovation program from Visioneering into a bottom-up engine I called ID8 — designed to ignite people, surface ideas from across the organization, and align everyone around shared momentum.
Around that time the Polaris Slingshot was born — not just as a product, but as a vehicle demonstrating the power of what happens when a company moves forward together.

When momentum becomes alignment
Presented in 2015 to the Polaris Board of Directors, this video introduced ID8 — a new innovation engine I created to ignite engagement, align leadership, and accelerate growth. The framework was approved company-wide and helped spark major initiatives. It shows how clarity and strategic storytelling turn vision into execution.

PACE YOURSELF
THERE IS NO FINISHLINE
When alignment becomes recognition
Momentum is powerful. When momentum repeats across brands, categories, and decades, it becomes something far more valuable — pattern recognition.
That’s when success stops being defined by a moment and the work begins to speak for itself. Later that same year, a separate project influenced by that momentum received an American Design Award — not as a goal, but as an independent reflection of a system that was beginning to take hold.

Decisions become easier | Teams move quicker | Campaigns convert better | Sales cycles shorten | Loyalty deepens | Growth becomes durable instead of fragile

“Paul's strong leadership and strategic thinking ensure projects stay on track and goals are met. He takes his work seriously, but not himself which makes him seriously fun to work with.”

SOMETIMES OUR GREATEST STRIDE DOESN'T COME FROM
ADDED EFFORT — IT COMES FROM MORE HORSEPOWER.
After decades of driving brands and leading teams, I’m ready to bring my horsepower to another track — where identity, narrative, culture, customer, and growth are no longer separate disciplines, but ride as one in a single direction.
